Re-sizing Policy

We offer one free re-sizing (within 2 full sizes) of your Ti&Dia rings, subject to the terms and conditions below:
The time frame for the free re-sizing is within 30 days after the original order was received.

The following rings are not covered by our free re-sizing policy and we will charge a small fee of USD 20 if re-sized:
1. Rings that need re-sizing of more than 2 full sizes.
2. Rings that are beyond the free re-sizing time frame.

Ti&Dia will charge a 35% re-sizing fee for the below items:
1. Custom and customized items.
2. Personalized items with "engravings", such as rings, studs, earrings, necklaces and bracelets.
3. Special order items such as those with custom sizes (custom sizes are those beyond our default optional sizes) and custom colors. 
4. Items sent to you as replacement/exchange.
5. Final Sale items are not eligible for re-size.

Note:
Customer will be responsible for any related shipping cost, duties or taxes if items returned for re-sizing.
Within 30 days after the original order was received, if the customer has the ring re-sized by a local jeweler, Ti&Dia will reimburse you $20 via store credit (one-time only). No reimbursement will be provided beyond this 30-day period or for subsequent requests.
